PowerMax Clear 100

An extremely high-gloss, light-stable, one-component, aliphatic moisture-cure, polyurethane. For use as a clear or anti-graffiti coat over steel previously painted with PowerMax A, HB, or II, or a sealer coat over concrete or flooring wear surfaces. Extends the gloss retention and weathering properties ofPowerMax A, HB, or II. Can be applied over many waterborne acrylics.

  • Can be applied at a minimum of 20°F (-7°C) and humidities up to 99%; no dew point temperature differential restrictions.

  • Improves moisture resistance of MaxCoat A and HB.
  • Excellent abrasion resistance for flooring wear surfaces.
  • Meets ASTM D-6578-00 determination of graffiti resistance.
  • pH range 2 to 12. Skydrol resistant, chemical resistant.
  • Ultimate gloss retention when applied overPowerMax A, HB, or II.
  • Improves abrasion resistance and chemical resistance of many architectural acrylics.
  • Add anti-slip 010101 for slip reduction on wet floors, 1.7 fl oz.

PowerMax E-4402 RI

General purpose 2 component high-build epoxy. Ideal for trucks, heavy equipment, machinery, fiberglass, steel structures, tank exteriors, concrete and wood.

PowerMax Flexiline

PowerMax Flexline is a multi-purpose, two component, elastomeric polyurethane coating for interior and exterior use. It has good gloss and color retention. Flexline can be used over rubber surface due to its high flexibility.

PowerMax Zinc ME III

Zinc-pigmented, one-component, moisture-cure polyurethane primer. For use as high-performance primer for hot-rolled or galvanized metal, as a fast-dry shop primer, or, in the field, as a primer forPowerMax intermediate or topcoats.

  • 83% minimum weight of zinc in dry film.
  • For protection of steel or galvanized metal.
  • Weldable primer
  • Can be applied in damp, cold, humid, or foggy conditions.
  • Can be applied at a minimum of 20°F (-7°C) and humidities up to 99%; no dew point temperature differential restrictions.
  • For use as field touch-up over inorganic zinc.
  • Cures in less time than two-component conventional primers, e.g., epoxies.
  • No pot agitation required.
  • Smooth, dense finish; no bubbling when topcoats are applied.
  • Very fine micronized zinc particle with less than 0.005% lead.
  • pH range 4 to 11.
